We were thrilled to be asked to run a block printing workshop for a group of Year 12 textile students at a school in Hertfordshire. A wonderful Friday afternoon of block printing meant many of the students got out of their Maths lesson!!! Great news!
Holly lead the workshop, teaching the basics and then explaining ways that block printing could be explored further, looking at achieving gradient colours, shadow printing, block on block and composition. All the students took their printing off in different directions and all come up with something completely unique.
