Thank you to everyone that joined us for our Colouricious Creative Day with Mary Gamester last weekend. Out in the Colouricious garden the sun shone while Mary taught us how to use transfer paints to produce delightful motifs on fabric. The event was a great opportunity to try out the illusive technique with everyone thoroughly enjoying the process. The garden table was full in no time and we had to quickly fish out the old picnic bench from the garden shed to serve the growing crowd!
At the end of the day everyone that took part had a fabric motif to take home with them, some had aspirations to machine stitch it, others to use it as the centre piece to a patchwork. Make sure you send us picture of what you turn yours into!
